塑料吹膜机监控系统设计

摘要 基于传统吹膜机系统、塑料薄膜生产过程的工艺和集散控制系统(DCS)优势,利用组态技术构筑吹膜机控制所需的软、硬件系统。以可编程控制器(PLC)作为监控系统的控制站,基于PLC和现场设备实现吹膜机工艺流程的分散控制要求;通过引入智能整定比例-积分-微分(PID)控制方案,实现监控系统的高精度控制。以计算机或触摸屏作为操作员站,实现吹膜机生产过程的高效直观操作、数据集中监视和集中管理,确保塑料薄膜生产过程的安全、稳定、可靠,并为提升塑料薄膜生产、管理和产品质量奠定坚实的基础。 Based on the traditional film blowing machine system,the process of plastic film production,and the advantages of a distributed control system(DCS),the software and hardware systems required for the control of the film blowing machine are constructed using configuration technology.Using a programmable controller(PLC)as the control station of the monitoring system,achieving decentralized control requirements for the process flow of the film blowing machine based on PLC and on-site equipment.By introducing an intelligent tuning proportional integral differential(PID)control scheme,achieving high-precision control of the monitoring system.Using a computer or touch screen as the operator station,efficient and intuitive operation,centralized monitoring and management of data during the production process of the film blowing machine are achieved,ensuring the safe,stable,reliable operation of the plastic film production process,laying a solid foundation for improving the production,management,and product quality of plastic films.
