空间曲线顶管施工引起地表沉降的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 为避开地下障碍物,顶管隧道被迫设计为曲线.无超挖刀的曲线顶管施工对土体产生的扰动的机理较直线顶管更为复杂,其沉降规律尚未明确.为此,以宁波市潘桥电力隧道工程为研究对象,采用数值模拟的方法,对顶管在空间曲线段施工产生的沉降规律进行分析.结果表明:无超挖刀参与的曲线顶管施工,产生的地表横向沉降最大值偏移至曲线外侧;对土体纵向变形扰动影响最大的区域为距离顶管机2.5倍洞径内. To avoid underground obstacles,the pipe jacking tunnel was forced to be designed as a curve.The mechanism of soil disturbance caused by curved pipe jacking without super excavator is more complicated than that of straight pipe jacking,and its settlement law is not yet clear.Therefore,taking the Panqiao Electric Power Tunnel Project in Ningbo as the research object,the settlement law caused by the construction of the pipe jacking in the space of the curve section was analyzed using the method of numerical simulation.The results show that the curve pipe jacking construction without the participation of the super excavator will cause the maximum lateral settlement of the surface to shift to the outside of the curve;the area with the greatest influence on the longitudinal deformation disturbance of the soil is within the hole diameter 2.5 times from the pipe jacking machine.
