摘要
地方本科院校向应用型转型是其创新和差异化发展的重要途径,转型发展中的高校承载着高质量应用型人才培养的使命,实践创新能力的培养是应用型人才培养的核心和关键。在面向能力的课程体系建设、面向应用的课程内容完善、基于科教融合的实践环节强化以及基于产教融合的应用型实践环节深化四个方面,提出了地方本科院校应用型化学类人才实践创新能力培养体系的构建思路,并进行了实践总结。
The application-oriented transformation of local undergraduate colleges is an important way for the colleges’innovative and differentiated development,and cultivating high-quality applied talents is the mission of them.The cultivation of practical innovation ability plays an important role in the ability training of applied talents.In this paper,the construction of practical innovation ability training system for applied chemistry talents in local undergraduate colleges is proposed according to several points,including the construction of competence-oriented curriculum system,improvement of applicationoriented curriculum content,the strengthening of practical course based on the integration of science and education,and the deepening of applied practical course based on the integration of production and education.The paper also summarizes practical ways for local undergraduate colleges to cultivate applied chemical talents.
