高可靠变电站二次系统间隔成图技术研究

摘要 间隔分图是高可靠变电站二次系统图重要的组成部分,现行的主流方案是通过对变电站scd(substation configuration description)全站系统配置文件解析在数据库中生成对应的模型,由工程人员手动绘制间隔分图并进行图模关联配置。为解决目前站控系统投运过程中人工绘制工作量大,且图模关联易出错的现状,提出一种基于接线模板、量测值模板自主定制、自动生成间隔分图的技术方法。工程人员在导入变电站scd文件做好系统数据内部关联后,在图形编辑工具中选择对应的间隔名称,匹配模板自动生成间隔图形,并且由程序算法自动完成间隔分图的图模关联,可减少工程人员的工作量,保障系统图模数据的一致性。 The partition diagram of bay is an important part of the graphic picture of the secondary system in a highly reliable substation,the current mainstream scheme is to generate the corresponding model in the database by parsing the substation scd(substation configuration description)file,manually draw the interval diagram and conduct the associated configuration of the diagram model by engineer.In order to solve the huge workload of manual drawing and the graph module association is prone to error during the operation of the station control system,this paper presents a technical method of automatically generating partition diagram of bay based on the self customization of wiring template and measurement template.After importing the substation scd file and finishing the internal association of system data,the engineer can select the corresponding bay name in the graphic editing tool,and automatically generates the bay graph by matching template,and the program algorithm automatically completes the graphic model association of the bay division graph,which greatly reduces the workload of the engineer,and ensures the consistency of the system graphic data.
