Development of a New Type of Waterproof Terminal

介绍了一种新型防水端子的研制过程和性能测试结果。防水端子是一种用于连接电线或电缆的器件,具有防止水分侵入和防止线路腐蚀的功能。防水端子的设计和制造对于提高10 kV及以下输配电线路的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。实验结果表明,新型防水端子具有良好的防水效果,高强度、低电阻、耐高温、耐老化等优点,适用于各种室外或潮湿环境中的电气连接。

This paper introduces the development process and performance test results of a new type of waterproof terminal.Waterproof terminal is a device used to connect wires or cables,which has the function of preventing water from entering and causing short circuit or corrosion.The design and manufacture of waterproof terminal are of great significance for improving the reliability and safety of 10 kV and below power transmission and distribution lines.The experimental results show that the waterproof terminal developed in this paper has the advantages of good waterproof effect,high strength,low resistance,high temperature resistance,aging resistance,etc.,and is suitable for various outdoor or humid environments of electrical connection.
