铸牢中华民族共同体意识下桃力民红色文化的价值意蕴及传承发展

The Value Implication and Inheritance and Development of Taolimin’s Red Culture under the Consciousness of Chinese National Community

红色文化是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要文化源泉和精神支柱。作为新民主主义革命时期中国共产党在内蒙古西部地区重要的革命根据地和民族统一战线试验地,桃力民地区各族人民在团结统一、保家卫国、生产发展的实践斗争中形成积极进步的桃力民红色文化。首先,从社会变迁的角度梳理桃力民地区不同时期的历史特征和演变更替。其次,在此基础上重点从生态、文化、民族三个层面深入探析、提炼归纳桃力民红色文化的价值内涵,认为桃力民红色文化的价值内涵主要体现为和谐发展的生态观、包容自信的文化观、团结统一的民族观。新时期要进一步抓好对桃力民地区红色文化的价值挖掘和转化利用,不断促进桃力民地区红色文化在内蒙古地区经济社会各项事业和铸牢中华民族共同体意识中的价值赋能和利用转化。

Red culture is an important cultural source and spiritual pillar to cast the awareness of the Chinese national community.As an important revolutionary base and national united front test site of the Communist Party of China in the western region of Inner Mongolia during the period of the new democratic revolution,the people of all ethnic groups in Taolimin area have formed a positive and progressive Taolimin red culture in the practical struggle of unity,national defense and production development.Firstly,from the perspective of social change,the article combs the historical characteristics and evolution of Taolimin in different periods.Secondly,on this basis,the article focuses on the value connotation of the Taolimin red culture from the three aspects of ecology,culture and nationality.It is believed that the value connotation of the Taolimin red culture is mainly embodied in the ecological concept of harmonious development,the cultural concept of tolerance and self-confidence,and the national concept of unity and unity.In the new period,we should further focus on the value excavation,transformation and utilization of the red culture in Taolimin area,and constantly promote its value empowerment and utilization and transformation in various economic and social undertakings in Inner Mongolia area and in the sense of building a solid Chinese national community.
