凤阳县家庭农场发展对策探析

Analysis on Development Countermeasures of Family Farm in Fengyang County

家庭农场作为现代化农业发展的一种新型经营模式,将市场经济引入家庭农业生产中来,实现规模化、商品化的土地经营模式,对于推进农业现代化建设、推动乡村经济发展具有非常积极的意义。该文针对凤阳县家庭农场发展中存在的问题,提出通过科学、规范的流程合理流转土地、解决融资和人工短缺的困难、吸引人才、扩大宣传、稳定消费市场等,促进该地区家庭农场持续、健康发展。

Family farm,as a new management mode of modern agricultural development,introduced market economy into family agricultural production and realized large-scale and commercialized land management mode,which had a very positive significance for promoting agricultural modernization and rural economic development.In view of the problems existing in the development of family farms in Fengyang county,this paper proposed to promote the sustainable and healthy development of family farms in this area through a scientific and standardized process to transfer land reasonably,solve the difficulties of financing and labor shortage,attract talents,expand publicity,and stabilize the consumer market.
