摘要
[目的]尝试应用不同肥料来降低土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。[方法]对连年种植黄瓜的大棚土壤施用硅肥、碳基肥、微生物菌肥,并分别进行土壤取样,利用液相色谱进行分析比较,研究施加不同肥料对于土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯的影响。[结果]种植蔬菜的大棚中邻苯二甲酸酯会以BBP、DBP、DNOP这3种化合物存在,施用硅肥、碳基肥、微生物菌肥3种肥料后,均可降低土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量,其中以硅肥处理效果最佳。[结论]土壤中的邻苯二甲酸酯,可试图通过真菌、细菌相结合,挖掘其降解途径,使其分解;同时研制新型复合肥料,对于今后降解土壤中的邻苯二甲酸酯、改良土壤有着重要意义。
[Objective]The aim of this study was to try to use different fertilizers to reduce the content of phthalates in soil.[Method]Silicon fertilizer,carbon-based fertilizer and microbial fertilizer were applied to the greenhouse soil of cucumber cultivation for consecutive years,and soil samples were taken respectively.Liquid chromatography was used for analysis and comparison to study the effect of applying different fertilizers on phthalates in the soil.[Result]Phthalates in greenhouses planted with vegetables existed in BBP,DBP and DNOP.After the application of silicon fertilizer,carbon-based fertilizer and microbial fertilizer,the content of phthalates in soil could be reduced,among which silicon fertilizer had the best effect.[Conclusion]Phthalates in soil can be decomposed by combining fungi and bacteria to explore their degradation pathway.The development of new compound fertilizers is of great significance for the degradation of phthalates in soil and the improvement of soil in the future.
