基于叉指电极激励和衰减信号拟合的半球谐振子性能测试方法

摘要 半球谐振子是半球谐振陀螺的核心敏感元件,其频率裂解值和时间常数等性能参数直接决定陀螺精度,所以在陀螺研制过程中需要对其性能参数进行准确测试。针对性能参数测试问题,设计优化了基于叉指电极的半球谐振子非接触激励方法;研究基于衰减信号拟合的性能参数辨识方法并进行建模仿真,分析各类误差对测试精度的影响;搭建实验装置进行了测试,频率裂解值、时间常数和刚度轴角位置的测试重复性分别为0.92 mHz、0.537 s和0.327°。结果表明,该方法测试重复性较好,能较准确测得石英半球谐振子的性能参数,可为半球谐振陀螺研制提供测试基础支持。 A hemispherical resonator is the core sensitive element of a hemispherical resonant gyroscope,and its performance parameters such as frequency cracking values and time constant directly determine the gyro accuracy,so it is necessary to accurately test its performance parameters in the gyro development process.Aiming at the test of performance parameters,this paper firstly designs and optimizes a hemispherical resonator non-contact excitation method based on the interdigital electrodes.Then,it studies the performance parameter identification method based on attenuation signal fitting and carries out the modeling and simulation.The influence of various errors on the test accuracy is also analyzed.Finally,an experimental device is set up for testing,and it is found that the test repeatability of the frequency cracking value,time constant and stiffness axis angle position is 0.92 mHz,0.537 s and 0.327°respectively.The results show that the method has good test repeatability,and can accurately measure the performance parameters of the quartz hemispherical resonator,laying a test foundation for the development of hemispherical resonant gyroscopes.
