双排平衡式斜柱塞泵流量特性分析与优化

摘要 为优化双排平衡式斜柱塞泵的流量脉动,考虑油液可压缩性和柱塞泵内泄漏,建立单柱塞以及柱塞泵的流动特性方程,考察内外排柱塞间交错角及柱塞倾角对柱塞泵输出流量特性的影响。结果表明:内外排柱塞交错分布能有效降低柱塞泵的流量脉动,最大可降低18%;随着柱塞倾角的增大,内排柱塞增大柱塞泵输出流量和流量脉动,外排柱塞减小柱塞泵输出流量和流量脉动;当内外排柱塞倾角同时增大,柱塞泵的输出流量增大并且流量脉动减小。因此,为考虑到柱塞泵结构限制,内外排柱塞倾角的理想取值为6°左右,此时相较于直柱塞泵,流量增大了3.5%,流量脉动减小了0.6%。 In order to optimize the flow ripple of the double-row balanced inclined piston pump,considering the oil compressibility and the internal leakage of the piston pump,the flow characteristics equation of the single piston and the piston pump is established.The influence of the staggered angle between the inner and outer rows of plungers and the plunger tilt angle on the output flow characteristics of the piston pump is investigated.The results show that:the staggered distribution of the inner and outer row plungers can effectively reduce the flow ripple of the piston pump,the maximum reduction of 18%;with the increase of the plunger tilt angle,the inner row plungers increase the output flow and flow ripple of the piston pump,the outer row plungers reduce the output flow and flow ripple of the piston pump;when the tilt angle of the inner and outer row plungers increases at the same time,the output flow of the piston pump increases and the flow ripple decreases.Therefore,considering set the structural constraints of the piston pump,the ideal value of the inner and outer row of piston inclination is about 6°,compared with the straight piston pump,the flow increased by 3.5%,the flow ripple reduced by 0.6%.
