苏州高岭土细尾矿回收利用试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 苏州高岭土分选后产生大量的细尾矿,由分粒级理化指标分析,从中回收高岭土需对细尾矿进一步解离。通过制浆解离再选试验发现效果不佳。使用行星式球磨机在矿浆浓度40%时磨剥10min后,经10μm沉降试验,-10μm产品指标可以满足某些产品需要,同时产率达到33.58%,可以实现尾矿资源化再利用,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。 A large amount of fine tailings are produced after the separation of kaolin in Suzhou.According to the analysis of the physical and chemical indicators of the different particle sizes,the fine tailings need to be further dissociated.Through pulping dissociation and reelection test,it is found that the effect is not good.After the planetary ball mill grinds for 10 minutes at a concentration of 40%,the 10μm sedimentation test shows that the-10μm product index can meet the needs of some products,and the yield can reach 33.58%,which can realize the reuse of tailings resources,and has the good economic and environmental benefits.
