上党地区战略地位的历史变迁及其现实价值

上党地区地处晋冀鲁豫四省交界地带,对南北不平衡和东西不平衡发展问题的解决具有重要意义。构建新发展格局应高度重视上党地区区位价值的重新激活。具体而言:在战略地位方面,上党地区地处“三河之中”和农牧交错带,在宋代以前长期是各方势力激烈争夺的历史聚焦点,对中华文明的形成和发展起到了重要作用;在历史变迁方面,上党地区的战略地位经历了从“边缘”到“核心”再到“边缘”的过程;在现实价值方面,上党地区高质量发展对于促进国内统一大市场的形成,打造开放通道枢纽,增强中部地区发展动能等方面都具有重要意义;最后,本研究提出了相关政策建议。

Shangdang region is located at the junction of Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong and Henan provinces.It is of great significance to solve the problem of unbalanced development between north and south,east and west.This study analyzes the strategic position,historical change and realistic value of Shangdang region,and holds that great importance should be attached to the reactivation of Shangdang regional value for the construction of a new development pattern.In terms of strategic position,Shangdang region has played an important role in the formation and development of Chinese civilization.In terms of historical changes,the strategic position of Shangdang region has experienced a process from“marginal”to“core”and then to“marginal”.In terms of practical value,the high-quality development of Shangdang region is of great significance for promoting the formation of a unified domestic market,creating an open channel hub,and strengthening the development momentum of central China.Finally,relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
