由晋入闽:山西南下干部剿匪工作及成就

From Shanxi to Fujian:Research on the Work and Achievements of the Suppression of Bandits by Southward-cadres

山西南下干部接管福建新解放区初期,猖獗的匪患严重阻碍了南下干部接管建政、征粮支前、土地改革等工作的开展。为彻底肃清匪患,南下干部充分发挥自身在政权建设、武装斗争、发动群众等方面的经验优势,通过开展建立地方武装、开展政治动员、深入发动群众等工作,出色的完成了剿匪任务。南下干部剿匪工作的过程,也是山西老解放区建设经验融入福建新解放区的过程。剿匪工作的完成,为南下干部在福建解放区开展各项工作扫除了障碍,新生的人民政权得以巩固。

In the early period of Shanxi cadres taking over the new liberated areas in Fujian,rampant banditry seriously hindered cadres from taking over the construction of government,pre-requisition of grain,land reform.In order to thoroughly eliminate the bandits,Shanxi cadres made full use of their experience in the construction of political power,armed struggle,mobilization of the masses,and successfully accomplished the task of bandit suppression through the establishment of local armed forces,political mobilization and in-depth mobilization of the masses.The process of Shanxi cadres’bandit suppression work is also the process of Shanxi old liberated area construction experience merging into Fujian new liberated area.The completion of the suppression of bandits cleared the way for the cadres to carry out all kinds of work in the liberated areas of Fujian,and the new people’s regime was consolidated.
