摘要 试验研究不同微生物菌剂组合对猪粪好氧堆肥发酵效果的影响。以胶质芽孢杆菌和细黄链霉菌组合为基础,分别添加固氮菌和黑曲霉菌,按不同比例配伍为三组合和四组合微生物菌剂,在猪粪中添加0.2%进行好氧堆肥发酵,分别初选出1个升温效果好的微生物菌剂组合,然后进行猪粪堆肥发酵筛选试验,发现胶质芽孢杆菌+细黄链霉菌+黑曲霉菌2∶2∶1组合加速猪粪堆体升温,降低含水量、有机质含量和C/N,提高pH、全钾含量和种子发芽指数效果好,为猪粪好氧堆肥发酵的最佳微生物菌剂组合。 Experimental study on different microbial agents combinations on the fermentation aerobic composting of pig manure.Based on the combination of bacillus glialis and streptomyces microflavus,nitrogen fixing bacteria and aspergillus niger were added respectively to form three combinations and four combinations according to different proportions.Each combinations were added to pig manure at the dose of 0.2%respectively for aerobic composting fermentation test,from which the best microbial agent combination with fair warming effect was selected.Then the pig manure composting fermentation screening test was carried out.It was found that the combination of bacillus colloidus+streptomyces flavus+aspergillus niger(mixing ratio 2:2:1)accelerated the temperature rise of pig manure,reduce water content,organic matter content and C/N,increase pH,total potassium content and seed germination index,it provide the best microbial agent combination for aerobic composting fermentation of pig manure.
