葫芦巴提取物对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of cucurbita ulmoides extract on growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits

文章旨在研究葫芦巴提取物对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响,试验将256只商品伊拉肉兔随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只,对照组、葫芦巴低量组、葫芦巴中量组和葫芦巴高量组饲喂基础日粮的同时分别添加0、150、300和600 mg/kg葫芦巴提取物。结果表明,与对照组相比,葫芦巴中量组和葫芦巴高量组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);血清IgA、IgG和IgM显著提高(P<0.05),肠道总抗氧化能力和超氧化歧化酶指标显著提高(P<0.05),肠道丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。可见添加葫芦巴提取物能提高肉兔的生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力。在本试验条件下,肉兔饲料中添加300 mg/kg葫芦巴提取物的效果最佳。

The experiment aims to explore the effects of fenugreek extract on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits.256 commercial Ela meat rabbits were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 8 replicates in each group.The control group,fenugreek low dose group,fenugreek medium dose group,and fenugreek high dose group were fed with a basic diet while adding 0 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,and 600 mg/kg fenugreek extract,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of the medium and high dosage groups of Huluba significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05);Serum IgA,IgG,and IgM were significantly increased(P<0.05),intestinal superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity were significantly increased(P<0.05),and intestinal malondialdehyde content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).It can be seen that adding fenugreek extract can improve the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits.Adding 300 mg/kg of fenugreek extract to rabbit feed has the best effect.
