我国高职院校动物营养与饲料专业人才培养存在的问题及对策分析

近些年来,饲料行业快速发展。基于此,诸多高职院校开设了动物营养与饲料科学专业,在有效促进农民收入增长的同时,推动了农业现代化进程。在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代,注重饲料专业发展需求,培养兼具生理学和营养学知识的优秀人才,已成为动物营养与饲料科学专业的育人目标。随着国家对农业产业扶持力度的加大,培养该专业应用型人才、转变教学方式、带动饲料行业的可持续发展,已成为高职院校人才培养的关键任务。

In recent years,the feed industry has developed rapidly.Based on this,many vocational colleges have established majors in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science,which not only effectively promotes the growth of farmers’income,but also promotes the process of agricultural modernization.In the era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,it has become the educational goal of animal nutrition and feed science to focus on the development needs of feed specialty and cultivate outstanding talents with both physiology and Nutritional science knowledge.With the increase of national support for the agricultural industry,cultivating applied talents in this field,transforming teaching methods,and driving the sustainable development of the feed industry have become key tasks for talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
