区域阴极保护系统接地网对保护电位影响及测试方法对比优化

摘要 站内区域阴极保护系统电位测量的准确性存在诸多影响因素,准确测试极化电位难度大。研究了区域阴极保护系统中接地网对管道保护电位的影响,针对区域阴极保护电位的瞬间断电电位法和试片断电法的测试方法进行了对比分析,分析两种测试方法的准确性和适用性,提出不同工况下两种测试方法的适用性和准确性的影响因素以及区域阴极保护测试点的设置原则,可为站场区域阴极保系统提供真实可靠的电位数据和设计方案。 The polarization potential is difficult to be tested accurately as there are many factors affecting the accuracy of the in-station potential measurement of the regional cathodic protection system.In this paper,the influence of the grounding grid on pipeline protection potential in regional cathodic protection systems was researched.The accuracy and applicability of the two testing methods are analyzed by comparing the instantaneous outage potential method and test segmental electric outage method.The influencing factors of applicability and accuracy of the two test methods under different working conditions and the setting principles of regional cathodic protection test points were proposed,which can provide real and reliable potential data and design solutions for the cathodic protection system in station yards.
