摘要
脉冲电源输出电流精度是实现电磁发射系统初速高精度控制的重要影响因素。为了全面分析脉冲电源输出电流精度,基于Simulink建立脉冲电源仿真模型,在脉冲形成单元中分别调整充电精度、电容精度和电感精度,分析其对输出电流精度的影响。除此之外基于脉冲形成网络,引入同步放电模块数量这一影响因素。最后通过脉冲电源模块和模拟负载开展试验验证,证明了仿真分析的正确性。结果表明,输出电流精度受充电精度的影响最为明显,受电容精度和电感精度的影响程度相近,此外输出电流精度随同步放电模块数量的增多而提高。该研究为高精度脉冲电源电气参数设计及元器件选型提供参考依据。
The output current accuracy of pulsed power supplies is an important factor for the high-precision control of the muzzle velocity of electromagnetic launch systems.In order to comprehensively analyze the output current accuracy of pulsed power supplies,a pulsed power simulation model based on Simulink is built.In the pulse forming unit,the charging,capacitance and inductance accuracies of the pulsed power supply are adjusted respectively,and the influence of its output current accuracy is analyzed.In addition,based on the pulse forming network,the number of synchronous discharge modules as an influence factor is introduced.The correctness of the simulation analysis is validated by experiments of the pulsed power module and the simulated load.The results show that the accuracy of output current is most obviously affected by charging accuracy,while capacitance accuracy and induc-tance accuracy have similar effects.In addition,the accuracy of output current increases with the increase of the number of synchronous discharge modules.The paper provides a reference for electrical parameter design and component selection for high-precision pulsed power supplies.
