Practical Exploration of Rural Community Education in Ninghai County Helping Rural Revitalization

通过社区教育提升人的综合素养是推动乡村振兴目标达成的关键。浙江省宁海县农村社区教育通过加强创业指导、开展乡建培训、推进文化礼堂、推广枫桥经验、加强技能培训等形式,助推农村在乡间治理、人居环境、文化内涵、生产生活等方面升级、拓展、深化。总结其经验,有以下几点值得重视:政府统筹整合社区教育资源,形成多元化办学管理模式;教学内容追求实用和实效,提升社区教育认可度;丰富社区教育内涵,拓展服务范围。

Improving people’s comprehensive quality through community education is the key to achieving the goal of rural revitalization.Rural community education in Ninghai County,Zhejiang Province,through strengthening entrepreneurial guidance,carrying out township construction training,improving cultural auditorium,promoting Fengqiao experience,and strengthening skills training to help boost the upgrading,expansion and deepening in the aspects of rural governance,living environment,cultural connotation,production and life.To sum up its experience,we should pay attention to the following points:the government should integrate community education resources as a whole to form a diversified school management model;the teaching content should focus on practicality and effectiveness to promote its recognition;the connotation of community education should be enriched to expand its scope of services.
