LED和高压钠灯对工业大麻生长及光合特性的影响

摘要 试验研究了室内栽培条件下,高压钠灯和LED两种光源对工业大麻生长发育及光合特性的影响。结果表明:LED促进了工业大麻叶面积、茎粗、节数、分枝数、根长和干物重的增加,盛花期两光源间叶面积和株高差异显著;高压钠灯促进了株高、分枝高和平均节间长度,两光源间差异显著;LED的Pn(净光合速率)、Gs(气孔导度)、Ci(胞间CO_(2)浓度)和Tr(蒸腾速率)比高压钠灯高8.48%~55.78%,除了苗期的Pn、Ci,光源光合参数间差异显著;两光源间工业大麻的CBD(大麻二酚)、THC(四氢大麻酚)和CBG(大麻萜酚)含量变化不大。LED和高压钠灯促进了工业大麻的生长发育,提高了工业大麻的光合特性,为室内工业大麻栽培提供理论参考。 This paper studied the effects of high pressure sodium and LED lamp on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of industrial hemp under indoor cultivation conditions.The results showed that LED lamp promoted the leaf area,plant height,stem diameter,node number,branch number,root length and dry matter weight ofhemp,and there was significant difference in leaf area and plant height between the two light sources at blooming stage;High pressure sodium lamp promoted plant height,branch height and average internode length,and the difference between the two light sources was signifi-cant;The Pn(Net photosynthetic rate),Gs(Stomatal conductance),Ci(Intercellular CO_(2) concentra-tion),and Tr(Transpiration rate)of LED lamp were 8.48%—55.78%higher than that of high-pressure sodium lamp.Except for Pn and Ci at seedling stage,the photosynthetic parameters of light source were significantly different.The content of CBD(Cannabinol),THC(Tetrahydrocannabinol),and CBG 114(Cannabinoid)of industrial hemp showed no significant difference between the two light sources.LED which high-pressure sodium lamp promote the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of industrial in-dustrial hemp,which provide theoretical reference for indoor industrial hemp cultivation.
