摘要
针对某主机运行过程中主机淡水冷却系统膨胀水箱水位下降故障,文章在排除2台主机淡水冷却系统之间相通管路上的隔离阀、主机淡水冷却器问题的基础上,预判故障点在主机淡水加热器组件上。对主机淡水加热器组件进行拆检,发现上盖板垫片有鼓包和安装不平整现象。更换新垫片,在主机淡水加热器工作正常后,对主机淡水冷却系统进行调试试验,膨胀水箱水位未下降,故障解决。
In view of the water level drop fault in the expansion tank of the freshwater cooling system of a main engine in operation,this paper troubleshoots the isolating valve on the pipeline connecting the freshwater cooling system of two main engines and their freshwater coolers.In addition,the paper predicts that the fault is located in the freshwa⁃ter heater assembly of the main engine,and it is found that the gasket on the upper cover plate undergoes bulge and in⁃stallation irregularity after disassembling and inspecting the freshwater heater assembly.Therefore,the old gasket is replaced,and the freshwater cooling system of the main engine is debugged after the freshwater heater works normally.It is observed that the water level in the expansion tank does not drop.As a result,the fault is removed.
