FSRU改装电力系统设计分析

摘要 针对浮式储存及再气化装置(FSRU)改装项目对于电力系统的具体要求及设备布置的局限性,文章根据相应的规范和标准要求,结合FSRU再气化设备的工作特性,从FSRU的可利用率要求、电力系统配置、主机及变压器的容量计算、新安装设备的选择等方面进行了阐述,归纳总结了FSRU改装电力系统设计的基本方法和特点。 The conversion of the floating storage and regasification unit(FSRU)poses specific requirements for the power system,and there are limitations on the layout of equipment.Against this backdrop,this paper uti⁃lizes the operating characteristics of the regasification device of FSRU to describe multiple aspects of FSRU accord⁃ing to requirements specified in corresponding codes and standards.These aspects include availability require⁃ments,the configuration of the power system,capacity calculation of the main engine and transformer,and the selection of newly installed equipment.In addition,it summarizes the basic design methods of the power system in FSRU conversion and the design characteristics.
