摘要
三峡升船机的变形及运行状态受气温影响,为探究升船机承重梁温度与变形的内在规律、气温对运行的影响程度及船厢合适的运行环境,文章以船厢底部主纵梁和安全机构横梁作为研究对象,对不同温度下多水位工况的承重梁变形情况进行仿真分析,根据三维扫描及历史故障数据验证有限元计算结果。结果表明:随着温度升高,主纵梁和安全机构横梁最大变形量的趋势为先降低、后升高,且主纵梁趋势点对应温度随水位增加而减小,安全机构横梁则与之相反。
The deformation and operation state of the Three Gorges ship lift are affected by the temperature.In order to explore the inherent law of the temperature and deformation of the ship lift’s bearing beam,the degree of influence of temperature on the operation,and the appropriate operating environment of the ship chamber,this paper takes the main longitudinal beam at the bottom of the ship chamber and the safety mechanism beam as re⁃search objects and carries out simulation analysis on the deformation of the bearing beam in multiple water level working conditions under different temperatures.Furthermore,the three-dimensional scanning and historical fault data are used to verify the finite element calculation results.The results show that the maximum deformation of the main longitudinal beam and the safety mechanism beam decreases first and then increases with the increase in tem⁃perature,and the corresponding temperature of the main longitudinal beam trend point decreases with the increase in water level,while that of the safety mechanism beam shows the opposite trend.
