护理敏感指标监测在前列腺穿刺患者护理中的应用

Application of monitoring of nursing sensitive indicators in nursing care of patients with prostate puncture

目的研究护理敏感指标在前列腺穿刺患者中的应用效果。方法选取皖南医学院第一附属医院泌尿外科2021年2月-9月行经会阴前列腺穿刺术的患者176例作为研究对象,符合纳排标准的有157例,并将2021年2月-5月进行穿刺的62例患者作为对照组,2021年6月-9月进行穿刺的95例患者作为观察组。对照组按照常规护理,观察组在此基础上形成标准化流程与规范,穿刺后24 h内进行敏感指标测量。比较两组护理合格率和并发症的发生率。结果观察组护理合格率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺后的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺穿刺的患者使用护理敏感指标检测可提高其护理合格率,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of nursing sensitive indexes in patients with prostate puncture.Methods One hundred and seventy-six patients who underwent transperineal prostate puncture in the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from February to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,157 patients met the criteria for admission and excretion,62 patients who underwent the puncture from February to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 95 patients who underwent the puncture from June to September 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group developed standardized procedures and specifications on this basis.Sensitive indicators were measured within 24 hours after puncture.The qualified rate of nursing and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications after puncture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing sensitive indicators in patients with prostate puncture can improve their nursing qualification rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
