连接器斜开槽式插孔接触性能研究

摘要 以铍青铜作为斜开槽插孔的基材,整体镀金。通过对插孔弹性区域结构设计进行理论计算,详细阐述了推拉快锁连接器斜开槽式插孔设计要点。然后通过同批次样品无差别的分组试验,探究连续插拔过程中接触件的插拔力、接触电阻以及弹性簧片接触表面的变化情况。结果表明:在接触件未发生塑性变形或摩擦疲劳等失效情况下,斜开槽式接触件的插拔力随着插拔次数的增加而增加,且插入力和拔出力呈对称状态。接触电阻随插拔次数的增加也变得越来越大,呈上升趋势。插孔内弹性簧片接触表面磨损愈发严重,由刚开始的光滑变得凹凸不平,色泽暗淡。
