摘要
在连接器领域,弹性套夹与接触件的装配占据着重要的角色,但由于目前此两类部件依然采用手工装配,手工装配存在效率低、产品一致性差等问题,已经不能满足产品要求。本论文通过工艺分析、设备研发、方案成型、虚拟仿真、设备制造加工、调试试生产等研发流程最终达到了弹性套夹和接触件的自动装配预期设计效果。该研究设计不仅提高了工作效率,而且也提高了产品良率和一致性,打破了行业壁垒,同时也为第二代升级版自动装配设备提供了理论和实际依据。
In the field of connectors,the assembly of elastic clamps and contacts plays an important role.However,due to the fact that these two types of components are still assembled manually,manual assembly is inefficient and results in poor product consistency,which can no longer meet product requirements.In this paper,through the research and development process of process analysis,equipment development,program formulation,virtual simulation,equipment manufacturing and processing,and debugging production,the expected design effect of automatic assembly of elastic clamps and contacts was finally achieved.This research design not only improves work efficiency,but also improves product yield and consistency,breaks industry barriers,and provides theoretical and practical basis for the second-generation upgraded automatic assembly equipment.
