打印方向及热等静压对增材制造AlSi10Mg的影响

摘要 AlSi10Mg因其密度小、强度高等优点在航空航天等领域有着广泛应用,通过与选择性激光熔化(SLM)技术结合可以快速生产高质量、高复杂度的零部件。研究了打印方向及后续热等静压处理对SLM成形AlSi10Mg微观组织及力学性能的影响,发现不同打印方向会在成品上留下不同的熔池特征,试件的延展性随着打印角度的增大而减小。热等静压加工会消除熔池特征,但也会将网状Si相转化为颗粒状沉淀相,降低抗拉强度的同时提高塑性,延展性依旧随打印角度增大而下降。 AlSi10Mg has been widely used in aerospace and other fields due to its low density and high strength.By combining with selective laser melting(SLM)technology,high quality and high complexity components can be rapidly produced.The effect of printing direction and subsequent HIP treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg formed by SLM were studied in this paper.It is found that different printing directions leave different molten pool characteristics on the finished product,and the ductility of the test piece decreases with the increase of printing angle.Hot isostatic pressing eliminates the characteristics of the molten pool,but it also transforms the reticulated Si phase into granular precipitation phase,reduce the tensile strength and improve the plasticity,and the ductility still declines with the increase of the printing angle.
