“科-产-教”融合背景下应用型本科高校实践教学基地建设策略研究

Study on the Construction Strategy for the Practical Teaching Base in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities Under the Background of“Science-Industry-Education”Integration

摘要 对当前应用型本科高校实践教学基地建设存在的缺乏长效运行机制、双师型教师短缺等突出问题进行分析和思考,提出“科-产-教”融合背景下应用型本科高校实践教学基地建设的“创新应用型人才培养模式”“建设多元融合的实践教学师资队伍”和“融入创新创业训练与技能竞赛”的主要思路与举措,为实践教学基地建设和提高应用型人才培养质量提供参考。 Analysis and thinking were performed about the outstanding problems existing in the construction of practical base of application-oriented undergraduate universities,such as the lack of long-term operation mechanism and the shortage of double-qualified teacher.Main ideas and measures including“innovative application-oriented talent training mode”,“construction of diversified and integrated practical teaching teachers”and“integration into innovation and entrepreneurship training and skills competition”were proposed for the development of the practical bases of application-oriented undergraduate universities under the background of integration of science,industry and education.This work can serve as a reference for the construction of practical teaching base and enhancement of the applied talents training quality.
