在本科教学过程中,“现代制造技术”作为一门综合型专业必修课程,具有内容涵盖范围广、涉及多学科交叉等特点,对本科课堂教学提出新的挑战和要求。基于此,在教学过程中,通过把握现代制造工程知识点主线,梳理各个知识点的主次关系,并把各个知识点衔接“成串”,详略得当地讲解各知识点,同时针对课程特点,及时调整教材,并在教学过程中引入项目教学法,结合生产案例分析,引导学生积极参与教学过程,调动学生积极性,从而提升课堂教学效果和教学质量,在巩固学生对“现代制造技术”知识点的掌握和提高考试成绩的同时,能大大提升学生综合能力与专业素质。

In the undergraduate teaching process,“Modern Manufacturing Technology”,as a comprehensive professional compulsory course,has the characteristics of a wide range of content,involving multi-disciplines and so on,which poses new challenges and requirements to classroom teaching.Based on this,in the teaching process of this course,grasp the main line of knowledge points of modern manufacturing engineering,sort out the primary and secondary relationship of each knowledge point,and connect each knowledge point“into a series”,and each knowledge point should be explained in detail and slightly appropriate.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the course,the teaching materials are adjusted timely,and project teaching method is introduced into the teaching process.Through the combination of production case analysis,the students are guided to actively participate in the teaching process,arouse students’enthusiasm.This improves the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching,consolidates students’grasp of the knowledge of modern manufacturing technology and improves the test scores while improving students’comprehensive ability and professional quality greatly.
