摘要
应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养对建设创新型国家、提高应用型本科院校社会服务能力、缓解大学生“就业难”具有重要意义,现阶段应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养模式在教育理念、教师专业素养、教育管理自主性及教学方式等方面存在诸多问题,应树立科学的教学理念、建设专业的教师梯队、健全高校管理机制、探索新型教学方式,以期促进应用型本科院校育人模式的优化与完善。
The article describes the significance of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges in building an innovative country,improving the social service ability of application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and alleviating the“difficult employment”phenomenon of college students.It analyzes many problems existing in the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges at this stage in terms of education philosophy,teachers’professional quality,autonomy of education management,and teaching methods,and puts forward suggestions on establishing scientific teaching concept,building professional teacher echelon,improving university management mechanism,and exploring new teaching methods,so as to promote the optimization and perfection of the educational model of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
