油茶籽粕醇提物的抗氧化性及其在护手霜中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用乙醇超声波法浸提韶关市油茶籽粕,对油茶籽醇提物的DPPH自由基清除能力、羟基自由基清除能力以及总还原能力进行测定,并用正交试验法对油茶籽粕醇提物护手霜配方进行优化.结果表明:油茶籽粕醇提物具有一定的抗氧化活性,其抗氧化性与醇提物的质量浓度成量效关系.正交试验优化得到一种油茶籽粕醇提物护手霜最优配方为:油茶籽粕醇提物1.0 mg、白凡士林1.5 g、羊毛脂0.3 g、白油6.0 g、GTCC 8.0 g、16/18醇1.0 g、甘油10.0g、卡波姆U_(20)0.3 g、果胶0.5 g、精油0.2 g.该护手霜符合QB/T 1857—2013中的指标要求,具有较好的应用价值. Camellia seed meal of Shaoguan city was extracted through ethanol ultrasonic extraction.The DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical and total reducing capacity of this extract were determined and orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the formula of hand cream added Camellia oleifera seed meal.The results showed that the ethanol extract exhibited some antioxidant activity,and it also displayed a dose-effect relationship between antioxidant activity and the concentration of the extract.The optimal formula was as follows:the ethanol extract of camellia seed meal was 1.0 mg,white vaseline was 1.5 g,lanolin was 0.3 g,white oil was 6.0 g,GTCC was 8.0 g,16/18 alcohol was 1.0 g,glycerol was 10.0 g,carbomer U_(20) was 0.3 g,pectin was 0.5 g and essential oil was 0.2g.The hand cream,with great value of application,meets the requirements of physical and chemical indexes in QB/T 1857—2013.
