外加剂和水泥掺量对水泥土早期抗压强度影响

摘要 为探究水泥、矿粉及粉煤灰的掺量对7 d龄期下的水泥土强度及显著程度的影响,采用不同配比,以正交试验方法研究其影响规律.结果表明:随着掺量的增加,水泥能大幅提升水泥土早期强度,但当水泥掺量达到土样质量18%时强度提升趋于平稳;矿粉先增大后减小水泥土早期强度,当其掺量达到16%时水泥土强度达到最大值;粉煤灰会先减小而后明显提升水泥土早期强度,掺量拐点为6%. 3者影响水泥土早期强度的显著程度顺序为水泥掺量>粉煤灰掺量>矿粉掺量. In order to explore the influence of the content of cement,mineral powder and fly ash on the strength and significance of soil-cement at the age of 7 days,orthogonal test method was used to study the influence rule of different proportions.The results showed that cement could greatly improve the early strength of soilcement with the increase of the cement content,but the strength increase steadily when the cement content reaches 18%of the soil sample mass.The early strength of soil-cement increased first and then decreased,and the strength of soil-cement reached the maximum when the content reached 16%.Fly ash would first decrease and then obviously increase soil-cement early strength,and the inflection point of the content was 6%.The order of significant degree of influence on soil-cement early strength was cement content>fly ash content>mineral powder content.
