摘要
针对印染工业园区废水污染物成分复杂,COD、总氮、电导率等污染指标高且波动幅度大的特点,采用混凝预沉-A/O-混凝脱色-砂滤-超滤-紫外杀菌-反渗透组合工艺进行处理。实际运行结果表明,当进水COD平均质量浓度为681.1 mg/L,氨氮平均质量浓度为20.4 mg/L时,处理后外排水稳定达到GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》表2浓度限值和广东省DB44/26—2001《水污染物排放限值》第二时段一级标准中较严值的要求,回用水满足FZ/T 01107—2011《纺织染整工业回用水水质》标准要求。主要介绍了印染园区废水处理和回用工艺的选择思路、技术参数和实际运行效果。
In view of the characteristics of wastewater in a printing and dyeing industrial park such as:complex pollutants composition,high and large fluctuation of pollutants indexes including:COD,total nitrogen and conductivity,a combined process of coagulation presedimentation-A/O-coagulation decolorization-sand filtration-ultrafiltration-UV sterilization-reverse osmosis was adopted.The actual operation results showed that,when the average mass concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen in influent water were 681.1 and 20.4 mg/L respectively,the quality of the discharged water after the treatment stably reached the concentration limit of table 2 in GB 4287—2012 Water pollution discharge standard for textile dyeing and finishing industry and the requirement of the stricter value in the first class standard of period 2 in DB 44/26—2001 Discharge limit of water pollutants of Guangdong province.The reclaimed water quality met the requirement of FZ/T 01107—2011 Reclaimed water quality for textile dyeing and finishing industry.The selection ideas,technical parameters and practical operation effect of wastewater treatment and reuse process in printing and dyeing industrial park were mainly introduced.
