摘要
变电站消防系统可有效预防或降低火灾发生概率,保障电力设备及电网安全稳定运行。目前雨季的暴雨雨水排出是变电站的常见问题,严重时影响变电站的安全运行。将变电站雨水系统与消防系统功能融合,既可缓解强降水引发的内涝问题,又实现了水资源的综合利用目标。以宿迁市某220 kV半户内变电站为例,确定了变电站内消防用水需求及站内排水目标;从水量、水质两方面分析了变电站内雨水系统与消防系统功能融合的可行性,针对变电站内消防用水要求,探讨了变电站内雨水与消防系统功能融合的措施。
Fire protection system in substations could effectively prevent or reduce the probability of fire,guarantee the safe operation of power equipment and the power grid.At present,stormwater in rainy season would cause many problems in the substation,which affects the safe operation of the substation.Function fusion of stormwater system and fire protection system in substation could not only alleviate the waterlogging problem caused by heavy rainfall but also achieve the goal of comprehensive utilization of water resources.Taking a 220 kV semi-indoor substation in Suqian as an example,the demand for fire water and the target of stormwater drainage in the substation were determined firstly.Secondly,the function fusion feasibility of the stormwater system and the fire protection system in the substation was analyzed in terms of water quantity and water quality.The measures for function fusion of stormwater system and fire protection system in substation were discussed according to firefighting water demand in substation.
