摘要
全面梳理水资源管理业务在信息化方面的工作基础,针对监测感知能力、信息平台能力和水资源管理业务现状,分析透彻感知能力、联通与共享程度和管理支撑能力等方面存在的不足,提出水资源管理与调配系统建设中水资源管理业务应用在数字化、网络化和智能化方面的提升目标,探讨了水资源管理与调配系统建设中水资源管理业务应用的总体架构和数据架构,为智慧水利水资源管理建设工作提供技术支撑。
This study comprehensively examines the work foundation of water resources management in terms of informatization and analyzes the main problems related to perception capability,connectivity and sharing,and management support in water resources management business.It proposes enhancement goals for the digitalization,networking,and intelligence of water resources management applications in the construction of water resources management and allocation systems.The study discusses the overall architecture and data architecture of water resources management applications in the construction of water resources management and allocation systems,aiming to provide technical support for the construction of smart water resources management in the context of intelligent water conservancy.
