摘要
结合松辽流域管理需求,梳理了现阶段流域水利信息化发展现状与问题,提出了数字孪生松辽流域建设目标与技术框架;聚焦流域防洪问题,选取重点防洪区域嫩江作为试点,提出了数字孪生流域建设实施路径,总结了试点建设应用情况,为数字孪生技术在水利行业的应用实践提供借鉴,为数字孪生松辽流域建设奠定基础。
Based on the management needs of the Songliao River Basin,this study examines the current status and issues of water resources informatization development in the basin.It proposes the construction goals and technical framework for the digital twin in the Songliao River Basin.With a focus on flood control in the basin,the Nenjiang River,a key flood-prone area,is selected as a pilot project.The study presents the implementation path for constructing the digital twin in the Nenjiang River Basin and summarizes the application of the pilot project.This research provides valuable insights into the practical application of digital twin technology in the water conservancy industry and establishes a foundation for the construction of the digital twin in the Songliao River Basin.
