摘要 响应宁波市智慧水利建设,落实数字孪生工程建设先行先试工作,提高水库防汛调度能力、工程运行管理水平和综合决策水平,开展了数字孪生周公宅-皎口梯级水库建设,通过构建数字孪生平台和防洪“四预”业务应用,对梯级水库及下游影响区进行预报、预警、预演、预案全过程闭环模拟,在防汛防台、洪水风险应对等多种场景下为水库防洪形势分析、洪水作业预报、调度方案制定、下游人员避险转移等提供技术支撑,为大型水库工程数字孪生建设提供思路。 In response to the smart water conservancy construction in Ningbo,and to implement the pilot digital twin water project,the construction of the digital twin Zhougongzhai-Jiaokou cascade reservoirs was undertaken.This project aimed to improve the flood control dispatching capacity,operational management level,and comprehensive decision-making level of the reservoirs.By building a digital twin platform and applying the“four pres”for flood control,a closed-loop simulation was conducted for the entire process of forecast,early-warning,rehearsal,and plan for the cascade reservoirs and the downstream affected areas.This simulation provided technical support for analyzing the flood control situation,forecasting flood operations,formulating dispatch plans,and facilitating the risk avoidance and evacuation of downstream personnel in various scenarios such as flood control,typhoon prevention,and flood risk response.Furthermore,it served as a reference for the digital twin construction of large-scale reservoir projects.
