酰氯产品减压蒸馏系统的扩能改造和优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 对酰氯类产品减压蒸馏系统进行扩能改造,优化工艺流程的设备配置,采用新型设备,从而提高蒸馏速度,在增大3倍投料量的前提下,缩短3/4蒸馏时间,减少产品分解炭化和二次气化损失。由此,大幅度提高产品产量和收率。在减少设备一次性投资的同时,降低水电汽运行费用和人工成本,减少三废排放,节能减排效果明显。设计成熟,运行稳定,已在生产中长期使用,经济效益显著。 The vacuum distillation system of acyl chloride products was expanded,the equipment configuration of the process was optimized,and the new equipment was adopted to improve the distillation speed.Under the premise of increasing the feeding amount by 3 times,the distillation time of 3/4 was shortened,and the loss of decomposition carbonization and secondary gasification of products was reduced.As a result,the product yield and recovery can be greatly improved.In addition to reducing the one-time investment in equipment,it also reduced the operating costs of water,electricity and stream,as well as labor costs,reducing the emission of three wastes,and had obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction.The project has mature design,stable operation,and has been in long-term use in production,with significant economic benefits.
