N08825镍基合金等离子+机械氩弧组合焊接工艺研究

摘要 通过对N08825镍基合金焊接性分析,合理选择焊接材料及焊接坡口,并介绍了等离子焊接方法相关影响因素,对N08825镍基合金进行等离子焊+机械氩弧焊工艺评定试验,对焊接工艺评定试板进行力学性能试验及晶间腐蚀金相、宏观金相、微观试验、硬度试验,试验结果满足相应标准要求及设计要求,证明了等离子+机械氩弧组合焊接工艺的适用性。 In this paper,by analyzing the weldability of N08825 nickel-based alloy,welding materials and welding groove were selected reasonably,and relevant influencing factors of plasma welding method were introduced.Plasma welding+mechanical argon arc welding process evaluation test was carried out on N08825 Nickel-based alloy.The test plates were tested for mechanical properties,intergranular corrosion,macro test,micro test and hardness test.The test results met the corresponding standard requirements and design requirements,which proved the applicability of plasma arc welding and mechanical argon arc welding combined process.
