摘要
某石化厂管道定检,发现TP304材质乙烯管道弯头母材出现点腐蚀,从弯头母材化学成分、缺陷的宏观形貌、腐蚀产物能谱分析、金相组织、硬度、试压过程等方面进行综合分析,得出腐蚀产生的原因并提出应对措施。由于TP304材质在石化装置工程中应用广泛,因而分析其腐蚀机理并提出应对措施,对石化装置的长期运行有重要意义。
During the pipeline periodical inspection of a certain petrochemical plant,the pitting corrosion was found in the elbow base material of vinyl pipeline of TP304 material.In this paper,the chemical composition of the elbow base material,the macroscopic morphology of defects,the energy spectrum analysis of corrosion products,metallographic structure,hardness and pressure test process were comprehensively analyzed,and the causes of corrosion were obtained and countermeasures were proposed.Due to the widespread application of TP304 material in petrochemical plant engineering,analyzing its corrosion mechanism and proposing corresponding measures are of great significance for the long-term operation of petrochemical plants.
