随着时代和技术的不断发展,智能化、数字化给老年人带来了一道难以逾越的“数字鸿沟”。数智化时代解决好老年人智能出行问题,既是弘扬爱老敬老的社会风尚,也是政府应对老龄化社会发展的重要举措。通过对W市H区的老年人智能出行的调查发现,智能障碍、信息障碍是老年人出行面临的最大困境。新公共服务理论强调尊重公民权利、维护公共利益、重新定位政府角色。因此,尊重老年人智能出行需求,让公共服务有态度;维护老年人智能出行利益,让公共服务有力度;调整数智化时代适老化服务,让公共服务有温度。以期增强老年人获得感、幸福感和安全感,推动公共服务高质量发展。

With the continuous development of The Times and technology,intelligent,digital to the elderly has brought an insurmountable"digital divide".To solve the problem of intelligent travel for the elderly in the era of digitalization is not only to promote the fashion of loving and respecting the elderly society,but also an important measure for the government to deal with the development of an aging society.According to the investigation on the intelligent travel of the elderly in H District,W City,it is found that the intelligence barrier and information barrier are the biggest difficulties for the elderly to travel.The new public service theory emphasizes respecting civil rights,safeguarding public interests and repositioning the role of government.Therefore,we should respect the intelligent travel needs of the elderly,so that public services have attitude;To safeguard the interests of the elderly in intelligent travel and strengthen public services,we will adjust services for the aging of the digitalization era to ensure that public services are warm,in order to enhance the elderly's sense of gain,happiness and security,and promote the high quality development of public services.
