自主支持氛围感知对新生代员工工作获得感的影响

The Impact of Perceived Autonomy Support on NewGeneration Employees’ Sense of Work Gain

基于自我决定理论,根据对269名新生代员工的问卷调查结果,采用层次回归分析法,考察自主支持氛围感知对新生代员工工作获得感的作用机制。研究结果表明:自主支持氛围感知与新生代员工工作获得感呈显著正相关;自主心理需求满足在二者之间起部分中介作用;特质自我控制能够强化自主心理需求满足与工作获得感之间的正向相关关系,起正向调节作用。

Based on the self determination theory,taking the survey results of 269 new generation employees,the study explores the mechanism of the influence of perceived autonomy support on the new generation employees’sense of work gain.Using the hierarchical regression analysis method,the result shows that the perceived autonomy support is positively correlated with the sense of work gain,the autonomous psychological needs plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the perceived autonomy support and sense of work gain,and the trait self control play a positive regulatory role and strengthen the positive correlation between the autonomous psychological need satisfaction and the sense of work gain.
