摘要 为了培养儿童工程思维,提高儿童动手能力,解决儿童在学习机械原理过程中学习兴趣低、能力提升缓慢等问题。将层次分析法(AHP)、质量功能展开(QFD)、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)引入到儿童机械玩具设计研究中。通过观察、访谈、问卷的方式获得用户需求,使用层次分析法计算用户需求权重。构建产品质量屋,将用户需求转化为工程技术参数。运用TRIZ理论将工程技术中的负相关问题转化为标准问题,判断矛盾类型,使用矛盾矩阵获得对应的发明措施。结合设计要素重要度和发明原理,对儿童机械玩具进行创新设计,验证产品实用性,为儿童玩具创新设计提供参考。 In order to develop children's engineering thinking,improve children's hands on ability,and solve the problems of low interest in learning and slow improvement in children's ability in the process of learning mechanical principles,hierarchical analysis(AHP),quality function development(QFD),and theory of invention problem solving(TRIZ)are introduced into the study of children's mechanical toy design.User requirements were obtained through observation,interviews and questionnaires,and user requirement weights were calculated using the hierarchical analysis method.A product quality house is constructed and the user needs are translated into engineering technical parameters.TRIZ theory was used to transform negatively related problems in engineering technology into standard problems,and determine the type of contradiction.The contradiction matrix was used to obtain the corresponding inventive measures.Combining the importance of design elements and the principle of invention,the innovative design of children's mechanical toys is carried out to verify the practicality of the product and provide a reference for the innovative design of children's toys.
