新文科背景下开放大学公共英语课程思政建设研究

Research on Ideological-Political Construction of General English Courses in Open Universities amidst the New Liberal Arts Context

新时代新使命要求文科教育必须加快创新发展,发挥文科教育知识性与价值性相统一的特点,全面推进高校课程思政建设。国家开放大学全面贯彻党的教育方针,将思想政治教育融入人才培养方案和专业课程,整体推进课程思政,探索具有国家开放大学特色、满足人才培养需要的课程思政模式。在新文科建设背景下,开放大学公共英语课程思政内涵和课程思政建设应遵循三大原则,围绕课程目标、教学内容、教学方法与手段和课程评价四个方面构建课程思政建设框架,全面推进公共英语课程思政建设,以培养新时代文科人才,服务国家软实力提升和文化繁荣新需求。

In the new era,liberal arts education faces the imperative to accelerate innovative development and leverage the inherent synergy between knowledge and values.Consequently,the ideological-political construction of college courses must be comprehensively advanced.Open universities of China is fully committed to implementing the Party's educational policy by integrating ideological-political education into its personnel training programs and professional courses.It promotes ideological-political education across the curriculum,exploring a mode that aligns with the characteristics of Open universities of China and meets the demands of personnel training.This study focuses on the ideological-political connotation,three construction principles,and a construction framework centered on curriculum objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and means,and curriculum evaluation for general English courses at Open universities of China under the backdrop of the New Liberal Arts Construction.The aim is to cultivate liberal arts talents in the new era and serve the nation's needs in enhancing soft power and promoting cultural prosperity.
