摘要
基于社会支持理论视角,从政府、非政府组织和家庭(个人)三个维度分析老年教育资源供给过程中存在的问题:供给主体单一,经费投入不足;供给内容不均,马太效应明显;供给方式较少,体制障碍存续;供给效率较低,产出效果有限;供给机制僵化,资源调控受限。据此设计老年教育资源供给体系构建进路:资源供给主体由一到多;资源供给内容由表到里;资源供给方式由点到面;资源供给效率由低到高;资源供给机制由有到优。
From the perspective of social support theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply of elderly education resources from three dimensions:government,non-governmental organizations and families(individuals).The main body of supply is single,and the investment is insufficient;the content of supply is uneven,and the Matthew effect is obvious;there are few supply methods,and the institutional obstacles exist;the supply efficiency is low,and the output effect is limited;the supply mechanism is rigid,and the resource control is limited.Based on the above,the construction path of resource supply system for elderly education is designed,that is,the main body of resource supply is from one to many;the content of resource supply is from outside to inside;the way of resource supply is from point to surface;the efficiency of resource supply is from low to high;the mechanism of resource supply is from existence to excellence.
