Rational Expression of KMnO_4 Absorption Spectrum in the Chemical Analysis Textbooks

吸光光度法是分析化学中常用的分析方法之一,吸收光谱是利用吸光光度法进行样品分析的重要依据。国内广泛使用的教材中,关于不同浓度高锰酸钾及高锰酸钾-重铬酸钾吸收光谱的表达形式都不同程度地存在一些问题。本文通过实验重新绘制了高锰酸钾及重铬酸钾水溶液的吸收光谱,结合相关理论对吸收光谱中存在的问题进行讨论,提出修订建议。鉴于吸光光度法在科研和各监测行业中应用的广泛性,对现行教材中吸收光谱的修订是非常必要的。

Spectrophotometry is one of important analytical methods commonly used in analytical chemistry,and absorption spectroscopy is an important basis for sample analysis using spectrophotometry.In the widely used textbooks in China,the expression form of absorption spectra about KMnO_4 and K_2Cr_2O_7 at different concentrations in aqueous solution is not proper.In this paper,the absorption spectra of KMnO_4 and K_2Cr_2O_7 were redrawn by experiments and the problems existing in the absorption spectra were discussed,and finally some revisions were suggested.In view of the wide application of spectrophotometry in scientific research and chemical monitoring industries,the revision of absorption spectra in the current teaching materials is very necessary.
