延庆赛区非传统水源的时空平衡

摘要 延庆赛区是北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会三大赛区之一,其水资源利用与管控严格,要求实现可持续的赛区运营。结合水资源利用与管控的要求与总体目标,对各场馆不同用水需求进行测算,介绍了赛区自来水与造雪水两套供水系统的基本情况。针对非传统水源的时空不平衡问题,分别对造雪水、融雪水、降雨、蒸发及其余水量进行了测算,分析了场馆非传统水源平均日供需关系,并对塘坝集中调蓄的时空平衡进行计算。通过测算,赛区水资源利用与管控目标能够得以基本实现,但绝对的“零排放”不易实现。满足赛区内非传统水源自平衡的首要原因是雨水径流的利用,既可支撑造雪用水,又可减少径流向区外的排放。 Yanqing competition zone is one of the three major competition zones for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games,and its water resources utilization and control are strict,requiring sustainable operation of the competition zone.Combined with the requirements and overall objectives of water resources utilization and control,the different water demand of each venue was calculated,and the basic situation of two sets of water supply systems of tap water and snowmaking water in the competition area was introduced.Aiming at the problem of spatio-temporal imbalance of non-traditional water sources,the amount of snowmaking water,snowmelting water,rainfall,evaporation and the remaining water are calculated,daily supply and demand relationship of non-traditional water sources in venues are analyzed,and the spatio-temporal balance of centralized regulation and storage of dams are calculated.Through calculation,the target of water resources utilization and control in the competition area can be basically achieved,but absolute‘zero emission'is not easy to achieve.The primary reason to satisfy the self-balance of non-traditional water sources in the competition area is the utilization of rainwater runoff,which can not only support the snowmaking water,but also reduce the runoff discharge to the outside of the area.
