摘要
《建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50016-2014,2018年版)中规定除四类隧道和行人或通行非机动车车辆的三类隧道,可不设置消防给水系统外,其他隧道均应设置消防给水系统,但其深度远不能满足实际需求。针对国内目前尚无具体规范指导城市隧道消防设计问题,以成都一环路磨子桥下穿隧道工程为例,对国内外隧道消防设计标准分析,结果表明,在城市已建区用地紧张情况下新建隧道工程,同时市政给水水量、水压满足消火栓系统要求时,采用常高压消防系统,可满足消防要求,同时节省消防水池、泵房占地,进而节省项目投资。
According to Code for fire design of buildings(GB 50016-2014,2018 Edition),in addition to the four types of tunnels and the three types of tunnels for pedestrians or non-motor vehicles,which may not be equipped with fire water supply systems,other tunnels should be equipped with fire water supply systems,but the depth is far from meeting the actual needs.In view of the fact that there is currently no specific specification to guide the fire protection design of urban tunnels in China,combined with the Chengdu First Ring Road Mozi Bridge underpassing tunnel project,through the analysis of domestic and foreign tunnel fire protection design standards,it is concluded that the new tunnels will be built under the situation of tight land use in the existing urban areas.At the same time,when the municipal water supply water volume and water pressure meet the requirements of the fire hydrant system,the constant high pressure fire protection system can be used to meet the fire protection requirements,and at the same time save the land occupied by the fire pool and pump room,thereby saving the project investment conclusions.
