北方某城市供水管道破损分析及预防措施研究

Damage analysis and preventivon measures of municipal water supply pipeline in north city of China

从市政供水管道破损事故发生的角度出发,全面分析了北方某城市2011年至2020年供水管道破损事故的相关数据,发现管道破损事故类型较多的是腐蚀性漏眼和环状断裂;镀锌管、钢塑复合管和铸铁管是发生破损事故较多的管材;易发生破损事故的管道管龄和管径分别为10年~19年和DN15~DN50;单位管道长度破损事故发生频次最高的管材为镀锌管。根据管道破损事故相关信息,深入剖析了破损事故发生的可能原因,并从技术和管理角度提出了预防管道破损事故的有效措施。

This article from the perspective of municipal water supply pipeline damage accidents,comprehensively analyzed the relevant data of a city in north China from 2011 to 2020.It is found that the main types of pipeline damage accidents are corrosive leakage and ring fracture.Galvanized pipe,steel plastic composite pipe and cast iron pipe are the pipes with more damage accidents;The pipe age and diameter of pipes prone to damage accidents are 10~19 years and DN15~50 respectively.The pipe with the highest frequency of damage accidents per unit pipe length is galvanized pipe.Based on the related information of the pipeline breakage accident,the possible causes of the breakage accident are thoroughly analyzed,and the effective measures to prevent the pipeline breakage accident are put forward from the technical and management aspects.
