BIM技术是推动建筑业利用数字化手段转型升级的关键技术和重要支撑。现阶段,在国家政策引导及行业高度重视与推广下,BIM技术已经进入快速发展和深度应用期。在“新工科”建设背景下,结合现代化教学技术及手段,积极探索实践教学的新模式,将BIM技术应用于实习教学,采用“云+现场”的实习教学方式,有利于培养符合行业需求的新兴工程科技人才。

BIM technology is the key and the important support to promote transformation and upgrading of construction industry using digital technology.At present,under the guidance of the national policy and the key promotion of the industry,BIM technology has entered a period of rapid development and deep application.Under the background of“new engineering”construction,applying the BIM technology to practical teaching and using the way of“could+filed”are conducive to cultivating emerging engineering talents who meet the needs of the industry,which combined with modern teaching techniques and explored the new mode of practical teaching actively.
